Homemade Juice Mask for Oily Skin

Homemade Juice Mask for Oily Skin

Recently I have some friends told me that they always have this oily skin problem pestering them. If you notice that the oily skin always produces an excess of sebum or oil on face and trigger the pores-blocked. The follicle, or pore, size appears enlarged. This can cause the complexion to appear sallow, shiny, and even thick. Often times oily skin is more at risk for breakouts because of dead cells and sebum clogging the follicles. While there are several ways to help treat that obnoxious shine, it can seem never ending and costly.

You can help treat oily skin with fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other items right in your kitchen. It only takes 15 minutes and can be a refreshing home spa treatment for little cost to you, for example strawberry and lemon juice contain natural astringents.

Strawberry has more vitamin C than citrus fruits. Egg whites when beaten fluffy, clean impurities. Lemon juice is a mild bleach which rich in vitamin C as well. For oily skin, here is a homemade juice mask to be recommended.

  • 1 egg white
  • Optional: 2 drops of your favorite essential oils
